Who are you?

When my minion was two, she was amazing. There was nothing terrible about her behavior. She didn’t throw tantrums, she did as she was told. Ah…I miss my two year old.

There’s this kid living in my house now. I don’t know who she is. She’s awesome and weird. She throws tantrums and won’t take naps when I need her to. She questions EVERYTHING and has an answer to questions I never asked.

Apparently this is normal. I wouldn’t know. I hung mostly around babies.

Anyway, as I took a stroll through the internet one night while she was coming up with any number of reasons not to go to sleep, I came across this video. It’s perfect. Parents…you’re welcome.

  1. LOL … it gets more interesting, especially when the teen years hit. My mantra became drama drama every where and no common sense to spare

    1. I hope my minion reverts to how she was when she was when she was about two. She was amazing then. Nice even moods, no fits being thrown. You know, reasonable for a toddler.
lol Who am I kidding…I’ll be in my blanket fort reading a book and pretending not to hear the teen-tantrum she’s throwing.

      1. Lil bit & I are still really close & as she’s gotten older I’ve tried to keep lines of communication open & maybe some people think our conversations odd or improper but she still talks to me , we still laugh & cut up together, and that’s the important thing
